The Indians have been quiet for the most part this offseason, they haven't made a blockbuster move, and aren't in the market for anyone. Any move will come via trade. They could look to resign Ubaldo Jimenez, but pitching isn't an urgent concern.

Billy Beane's squad is looking to win there 3rd strait AL West pennant, The Atheletics are looking to acquire some players on 1-2 year deal. Some players on there list is Tim Byrdak, Bronson Arroyo and Stephen Drew. The A's are not in the market for big stars like Tanaka or Cruz,  but I think all of MLB has a feeling that the A's will find a way to make the Postseason!

Pepper30 : New York Yankees

We'll here's our first Pepper 30 of 2014. My goal is to get thorough all 30 Teams before Spring training starts. I hope I will reach it! Now, talking Yankees, this whole team changes it's winter approach depending on A-Rod's suspension, so I will to two different opinions.

A-Rod gets full suspension-

This would cut $20 Million plus, off the Yankees payroll, which would let them go after Tanaka and Cruz. Also they can get bullpen help.

A-Rod doesnt get suspended-

The Yanks are limited to making small moves. Getting B-type players

Jeff Suppan, who hasn't pitched in the majors since 2012, officially announced his retirement. Suppan had a140-146 record and a 4.70 ERA during his career.

The Tigers are trying to lock up Max Scherzer to a contract extension. Scherzer becomes a free agent after the 2014 season.

The Tampa Bay Rays claimed southpaw pitcher Pedro Figueroa off waivers from the A's. Figueroa made only five appearances for Oakland in 2013.

The Chicago White Sox signed left-handed relief pitcher Scott Downs to a one-year deal worth 4 million, with a club option for 2015. Downs pitched for the Angels and Braves in 2013, going 4-4 with a 2.49 ERA ,37 K's, and 26 holds(10th overall).

Mark Mulder Attempting comeback with LAA

The Angels have agreed to a minor league contract with 2x All Star  pitcher Mark Mulder. Here's the catch, Mulder hasn't played in the bigs since 2008. We've been speculating 36 Year old Mulder might make a return, but nothing was imminent. Could the Halos find lightning in a bottle? Only time will tell

Astros Sign Jessie Crain, Stros Update

Reliever Jessie Crain signed a deal With the Houston Astros.
The Astros ended 2013 with a 15 Game Losing streak, however many people believe that this is because the Astros don't have enough bullpen depth, so who should they acquire? I believe the best player left on the market is Nelson Cruz. I believe Cruz goes to Detroit, but Houston should go after Cruz for power. For bullpen, they should look into Grant Balfour on a 1 Year Deal.
