It's been a while since I have done this, because I wanted to wait after the Winter Meetings. Tampa has recently signed James Loney and wants to trade David Price. Tampa Bay had a very good 2013 campaign clinching a wild card berth only to get eliminated by the Champion Red Sox in the ALDS. Joe Maddon always finds a way to win. He is a pure Baseball mind. The Rays could improve by getting a veteran starting Pitcher, however with Moore , Hellickson, Archer and possibly David Price, The Rays should finish with a Wild Card slot again in 2014
